Veqrin connects programme planning, the audit schedule, personnel, assessments, independent review and follow-up. Your team makes the audit decisions; the platform keeps the work and records together.
Take a short tour of the dashboard, audit programme, assessments and approved reports inside the platform.
The recording uses Northbridge Engineering — Demo, a fictional organisation populated with demonstration records. The illustrated examples below use a separate fictional scenario.
These illustrated examples explain the workflow. They do not reproduce every platform screen, save any entries or connect to customer workspaces.
Northstar selects its requirements, a quarterly audit frequency and a one-year coverage period. The generated draft divides the criteria across a sequence of audits for the manager to review.

Performance review and improvement
The manager reviews and adjusts the allocation, then submits the programme for approval.
Scheduled audits are created from the approved programme and appear in the audit calendar. Auditors are assigned to individual audits using the team's competence and availability records.
| Audit | Date | Auditor | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Governance and planning | 12 January 2027 | Alex Morgan | Scheduled |
| People and operations | 13 April 2027 | Sam Taylor | Scheduled |
| Implementation review | 13 July 2027 | Unassigned | Scheduled |
| Performance and improvement | 12 October 2027 | Unassigned | Scheduled |
If availability changes, a manager can reassign unfinished work while retaining completed assessments.
The auditor works through the criteria allocated to the audit. Each assessment records an outcome, evidence references and notes supporting the conclusion.
Topic: review of access permissions
Evidence: access review record AR-014 and leaver checklist LC-009.
Observation: two former staff accounts remain enabled.
Finding: removal of access has not been completed for two leavers.
Follow-up: assign an owner and record correction, root cause and action evidence.
Fictional content to explain the workflow. Auditors determine findings and classifications from the applicable criteria and actual objective evidence.
After the assessments and overall conclusion are complete, the audit is submitted for review. An eligible manager who has not contributed to the audit can return it for revision or approve it.

The action owner records the correction, root cause, corrective action and supporting completion evidence. A separate manager reviews the evidence and records verification before closure.
| Owner | Sam Taylor |
|---|---|
| Correction | Disable the two remaining leaver accounts and confirm completion. |
| Root cause | The leaver process did not assign a clear final access-removal check. |
| Corrective action | Assign the check, update the checklist and review subsequent leaver cases. |
| Completion evidence | Updated checklist and reviewed access-removal records. |
| Verification | A separate manager reviews the follow-up evidence and records whether the action is ready to close. |
