Is £149 the price per user?
No. £149 is the founding monthly subscription price for one organisation, including up to 20 active user accounts.
Who needs a user account?
People who use the platform need an account. These may include auditors, managers, administrators, action owners and report viewers. Employees do not need an account simply because their work is being audited.
What does the 24-month price protection mean?
The £149 monthly subscription rate remains fixed for your first 24 months while your subscription stays active. This is price protection, rather than a requirement to purchase 24 months upfront. Applicable taxes are separate.
What happens after the first 24 months?
The founding price protection ends. We will notify you of the subscription rate that will apply before your first renewal at the new rate.
Can we use multiple standards?
Yes. All available standard packs are included, and you can select multiple packs for a programme. You can also add your own audit criteria.
Are setup calls or consultancy included?
The subscription is for self-service use of the platform. It does not include live onboarding, consultancy or someone conducting audits on your behalf.
Are business toolkits included?
No. Veqrin business toolkits are separate downloadable products, purchased independently of the platform subscription.
